uruchom setup.exe (zalecane jest przed tym uruchomienie verify bin aczkolwiek ja nigdy tego nie robiłem)

w zalezności od tego czym będziesz grał (pad ps4, pad xbox lub klawiatura i myszka) wybierz wersje i skopiuj zawartość pobranego folderu "PS3_GAME" i wklej podmieniając wszystkie pliki w ścieżce gry "...\[Demon's Souls]\PS3_GAME ".
w moim przypadku to było  \Games\Demon's Souls\BLES00932 i tam podmieniłem folder PS3_GAME
dezinstalacja spolszczenia
Podobnie jak przy instalacji ale użyj plików z pobranego folderu "backup"
w przypadku klawiatury i myszki trzeba ustawić klawisze pod opcję w grze
